Professional experience
From 2009 to 2014, I worked for a major Swiss bank in client advisory (offshore and onshore) and as a staff member of the regional Head in Zurich. In order to be admitted to the bar in 2018, I completed internships at a Bernese regional court and at Schärer Attorneys at Law in Aarau. As an attorney, I initially worked at PwC in the Tax and Legal department before moving to the Swiss Federal Tax Administration (FTA). At PwC, I focused on tax compliance and tax consulting. At the FTA, I lead tax policy projects and represented these projects in parliament. Furthermore, I was responsible for advising the management of the FTA, the Head of the Federal Department of Finance and the Federal Council on tax policy issues. In 2023 I joined Häusermann + Partner.
